Rinse and drain the red kidney beans, mash them with a fork in a medium bowl. Add remaining 3 ingredients, stir well. Shape into 6 patties to fit buns. Heat large greased frying pan on medium. Add patties. Cook for about 5 minutes per side until browned and heated through. Serve on hamburger buns with desired toppings.
