Trim the ends of the brussel sprouts and remove any tough leaves then cut in half lengthwise. Mix sprouts with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Roast on a pan at 425F for about 20 minutes or until nice and brown. Heat almonds over medium heat in a pan until golden brown - about 4 minutes. Add cooked almonds to sprouts.
